1. Acceptance
By placing an order with Hudson Packaging & Industrial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. you agree to be bound by these terms. They constitute the complete agreement between you and Hudson.
2. Orders & MOQ
All prices are exclusive of GST unless explicitly mentioned. Each SKU lists a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) which must be met for the order to be processed.
3. Pricing & GST
Pricing is subject to change without notice. GST is added at checkout per applicable HSN classification. B2B customers must provide a valid GSTIN to claim input tax credit.
4. Payment
We accept Razorpay (UPI / cards / netbanking), bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (under ₹10,000). Bulk orders may be invoiced with negotiated credit terms subject to approval.
5. Shipping
We dispatch within 24 hours on in-stock SKUs. Delivery timelines vary by pincode (2–7 business days). Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000.
6. Returns & replacements
Manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement within 7 days of delivery. Custom-printed SKUs are non-returnable. Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
7. Limitation of liability
Hudson's liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for consequential losses arising from product use beyond stated specifications.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
