("Hudson", "we", "us") collects information you provide directly when you create an account, place an order, request a quote or contact our support team. This includes name, email, phone number, company details, GSTIN, billing and shipping addresses.
2. How we use information
We use your information to process orders, generate GST-compliant tax invoices, arrange shipping, respond to enquiries, and send transactional updates. With your consent, we may also send relevant product announcements and bulk-pricing offers.
3. Data sharing
We share order information with logistics partners (Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery and similar) strictly for fulfilment. Payment data is processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay) and is not stored on Hudson servers. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
